The Rest and Be Thankful lies almost three miles along the Marine Drive which circles the Great Orme and just past the Lighthouse. A £2.00 toll is required for vehicles to pass through the toll gate on the North Shore (just past the Grand Hotel and below Happy Valley) but walkers and cyclists are free.
Llandudno itself is situated on the North Wales Coast and can be reached from the A55 by following the signs
